Question about target HR zones...

I am so confused about these target heart rate zones I am supposed to be in. Which is best to lose weight in? My "fat burning" zone is like 131-150 which would basically keep me at a very slow pace. I enjoy sweating and burning, it makes me feel like I am actually doing something. My heart rate stays at 165 usually... am I hurting my weight loss by having that high of a heart rate while working out really hard?
I am sooooooo confused!
