It's the little things that really make the difference

I'm starting to realize its the little things. I had an packaged little pizza tonight. But I took the time to add 2T ofozzarella cheese, 5 slices of mini Canadian bacon, a few slices of canned mushrooms, a sprinkle of trader joes fire grilled onions & peppers, and a few banana pepper rings. It added 76 calories BUT WOW. I put it on a little plate and cut it into 4 small squares. The banana peppers really blinged up that pizza. Best 76 calories I ever spent.

What do you do, that helps you appreciate this journey more?
