Welcome to MFP!!! :flowerforyou:
As an asthmatic, outta shape, nonrunning, smoker I can truly say that the Couch 2 5k is an awesome program. Due to asthma, I'm taking my dear sweet time with it, but it works. I'm up to week 5.0 -
Thanks for all the welcomes.. I was an athlete in High school so I am hoping the program will get me back to wear I was.. as far as working int he gym I worked the desk so I saw everyone working out while I would jsut sit there... from my observation for many years.. I have notices using light weightts and doing mroe reps seems to be the best way to get nice arms but not too bulky.. I also know that Yoga skulps you whole body!..0

Hi Megan,
Welcome! I love 5Ks. I usually only do one a year so it's not like I have a ton of experience with them but I'd like to get involved in a few more. I've started the couch to 5K program, but did not finish.0 -
Hello and welcome to MFP. You will love this site if you don't already. I love this site, it is so motivational, supportive, helpful, and everyone is so nice, and friendly. I just wanted to tell you good luck on your weight loss journey. You can do this.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0
