I need help getting motivated!

I need to lose weight that's no surprise to me but no matter how much i hate looking at myself in the mirror or how disgusted i get looking at the size of my clothes when i do laundry it doesn't seem enough for me to actually work out. Getting up and away from the tv or the computer never wins against exercising. So my question is how can i motivate myself. What tips or tricks do you have that would kick my butt into gear?
Ive tried making goals but i never stick to them if i ever even work on them and ive tried bribing myself with , if you do this for so long you get such and such reward, but since im providing the reward it seems silly to do the activity and wait for it when i can go get it now. Sorry that this is long and drawn out but i am desperate i need to find something tht works please help!

    Exercise is my biggest pit fall. I have a zumba DVD in the house so now when I think about dancing some zumba for even 10 minutes, I JUST DO IT! If the thought comes into your head "maybe I'll walk" or "Maybe I'll dance a little" grab it and run with it! Right then and there. Then when you're done, you will feel amazing because you did it! You were active. You are making progress. Try it. :)
