    Try this soup: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/150100-hot-sour-soup

I also love mixing the following for an easy stir fry sauce. Just toss it in with veggies and meat and tada! Serves 4.

4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes (I use gochugaru, but season to your tastes)
    1 Tbsp tomato paste
    1-2 tsp cornstarch to thicken

Should be around 30-40 calories per serving  And for the record - adding 1 tsp or so of sesame oil to any asian stir fry never hurts

Here's something I made up but seriously love. Its a fast lunch or dinner. If you don't eat eggs, you could leave out the egg and add tofu that's been lightly seared in a skillet with PAM, but I find a good runny egg is one of the world's delights!

Peanut Sesame Soba Noodles with Greens and Fried Egg.

    Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked soba noodles (the Japanese buckwheat kind)
1 cup or so of broccolini (or could be bok choy, large leaf spinach, etc)
1 egg, fried in skillet with PAM spray
    1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
    .5 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp sriracha hot sauce
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    water to taste

Calories: around 260ish. if you have room for more 1 more cup of soba noodles to add another 100ish calories.

    Directions:

    1. Cook soba noodles to package servings.

    2. Steam broccolini (or any other greans) until soft.

    3. In a skillet, quickly heat up over medium low heat peanut butter, sesame oil, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic cloves just until fragrant. Add a dash of water to thin the sauce.

    4. Fry egg until yoke is just set but still runny.

    5. Toss soba noodles with peanut-sesame sauce. Top with fried egg, cutting into the yoke so it mixes with the soba noodles. Top that with the greens. Add more soy sauce or hot sauce if you like. Enjoy!
