    I generally do shakeology for breakfast, but if I want food at work, or for a morning snack I do omelette mugs all the time. put some eggwhites, chopped ham, salsa or whatever else healthy you like in an omelette and fill a big coffee mug or tupperware container about 1/3 full. Then when you're at work you just pop it in the microwave and its cooks wonderfully - salt and pepper and enjoy.
