Hi All!
I am an American livng in the southern caribbean, and found this great tool! Our food choices here are not anywhere as good as the US (I miss lean cuisine, south beach snacks, etc).

Anyway, at least I'm getting fresh fish, fruits and veggies. Food here is way expensive too!

I have decided that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I have a little under 4 months to my 30th high school reunion and want to drop 20 kilos......

Thanks.

    20 kilos = xx lbs?
I'm no good at math and too lazy to go google that.

HOWEVER, I'm sure it's attainable in 4 months!
I am working towards a weight loss goal myself for a class reunion this summer.

Where are you from, aka where will the class reunion be held?

    Welcome to MFP!

    20 kilos is 44 lbs.
  • Thanks all. Actually my total that I want to lose is 56 lbs, but 44 lbs by my reunion is fine. I am originally from Va. Beach, so that is where my reunion is. It will take about 12 hours to get there with plane changes, etc.
