Calculating 30DS and Just Dance (wii) Calories

Without having a HRM, how can I calculate or even estimate how many calories I'm burning doing the Jillian Michaels 30 DS? Also, with Just Dance for Wii??? For the just dance I am just entering Dance on the cardio exercise.

    I think most people enter 30DS as circuit training. I log it as 24 minutes. Not sure about Just Dance, was wondering about that one myself.

    I log Just Dance 3 under dancing.
