Can you bake with margarine spreads?

I came across "Promise Fat Free Margarine Spread" at the store the other day and at only 5 calories per serving it got me thinking on all the possibilities. So am I able to replace this spread for butter in any kind of baking recipe? Or should it be used solely as a spread?
