Hey everyone. I am trying to lose A LOT of weight! I feel horrible if I eat a lot (self image wise like I'm eating too much). The problem is I am finding it hard to consume even 1200 calories in fear of over eating (which I have a history of doing). Because of this (I assume) my weight is not coming off as quick as it should. Any pointers or tricks so I don't have this problem in the future? Thank you in advance.
