Best Eye-Treatment

OK, ladies. What's the best treatment (chemical or natural) for dark circles and puffiness? I'm turning 40 and feeling it! (Well, seeing it, actually.) What treatments have you tried? What works for you?

I found it rather useful. It doesn't get to the root of the problem, but helps hide it for the time being.
