For myself, I started off with times (6am-10am, etc.) but recently changed them to food groups. Now I have Protein, Grains, Dairy, Fruits, Vegtables, and Naughty Food
. This definitely has helped with eating a variety of foods around the day and limit food with high fat/sugar content. What are your labels? Why did you choose them? Thanks

I do:
breakfast;
a.m. snack;
lunch;
p.m. snack;
dinner
evening snack
I do times of day because it seems there are times (mostly after-dinner snacking!) that is a real problem dtime for me. So by doing mine by time, I'm reminding myself to eat a little something every few hours, which seems to make me more satiated in the evening.0
