Eating small meals at school

During the summer, I was so good at eating small meals and keeping myself satisfied. But, at school, I only have one time to eat and I'm usually starving later, which causes me to overeat. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

    If you're able to snack, pack small snacks for between classes. It's better to eat something small to keep yourself going than over-eat later on because you were so hungry.

    Also, fiber and protein are good things to eat because they keep you fuller longer.
