I tried it once and loved it... currently about to begin it again.. i want to increase the intensity, any suggestions?

    I love the 30shred, i started to use heaver hand weights to amp it up abit :)

    To increase intensity use heavier weights 5 or 8 llbs. You can also do the workout twice or Do level 1and 2 or level1 and 3 together.

    3 days in and I have lost a 1.5lbs so far.

    holy cowww!! maybe its because ofmy weight but I am struggling to get through level one...I dont give up! this ia my day 3 and I am seriously sore!!! I can do 30 min on the elliptical and treadmill hours on end also bike and circuit at my gym simular to curves...but this is very hard for me!! from the waist down I am almost dead weight and I cannot do pushups...we will see I akm not giving up!!! even if I am walking like an 80 year old and can barely sit on toilet...seriously...lolol :D
  • Today was 7th day for me. For the heck of it, I measured my leg today..down 1/2 a inch from day 1 of shred. So far loving it!
  • Question about this! I just started doing the Shred this week and have NO idea how to input it in the "Exercise" tracker on here! It's not pre-programmed in. What do you all put it in as??
  • I tried it and it worked really well. Unfortunately I went MIA for a little while, but I plan to start back up this week. I took pics of myself every week and there was a noticeable difference. I also did extra cardio and strength training as well. However, I do know people who only did the 30DS and had some pretty amazing results. It may not be for everyone, but definitely worth a shot!

    I usually enter it as circuit training.
  • I lost 40 pounds on it. But then I had another baby so I'm back on it. Love 30 day shred!
  • You could add it in instead of using the standard ones listed on MFP.
  • I heard good reviews about this. Im into nike training right now. But i think i might give this a try too

    I started on January 2nd. From what I've read, most people do not lose a lot of weight but they lose inches.

    I really like Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones.

    day 4 for me today and I'm down 1.2kg's so far :) havnt done measurements I'll do them at the end of level one :)

    How long do you do each level?? 10days?? hense the "30" day shred I guess...lol I am a newbie and I dont know if I will make it out of level one...lol
