Should I really be eating this many calories, I feel like I am eating too much......
If there is anybody out there with comments, knowledge, or recommendations on this. I have followed all the steps on here calculated how much I should be eating and I find myself at the end of the day with more calories to eat, Should I be eating all of these, because I don't want to go into starvation mode, but these seem like a lot of food....
Especially when I exercise and get even more calories, which has been every day lately....

Yes. You need to eat AT LEAST what MFP tells you is your daily goal (before exercise). This is a number that has a deficit figured into it already. So you will lose eating that number. Eating the exercise cals back is a debate on here and you need to figure that out for yourself and your body. Some people HAVE to eat all of them back in order to lose, some can only eat some, and some people can't eat hardly any of them. You will just have to try eating all of them for a few weeks and if that doesn't work, cut back on the exercise cals eaten. BUT you MUST(!!!!!!!!) eat the daily cals MFP gives you. Eating too little is just as bad as overeating.

    Good Luck!
  • Thank you for the input, I will defineately try to eat these calories and see, in the past I usually lose a little and then plateau out, maybe I am not eating enough healthy foods....
