Hi to all, and GOOD LUCK! I just started this two daze ago...yes, the spelling is right! Time to do something and in two short days I can see how well this works. I actually WANT to record what I've eaten and watch the changes to the chart. It certainly has made me aware and thinking about what I stuff into my mouth, which is my goal. Eating because I'm bored, or have something going on in my mind, has not been productive!!!

I am hopeful that this time I will succeed in getting my body into better shape.
