I tend to listen to a range of things while working out, depending my mood. (Seriously, I'll work out to Disney songs sometimes...strange, I know). Lately, We Found Love by Rihanna and Dance (*kitten*) by Big Sean have both really pumped me up during my workouts.

First, don't judge my taste lol.
But Ciara's "Work" always gets me going, Benny Benassi does it for me...sometimes. On The Floor by J Lo...one of the remixes for Run The World (Girls) by Beyonce. I have a whole playlist but those tend to get me going so I try to find them when I'm feeling a little listless.

I've never heard of Basshunter, but I'm going to check out those songs, I need some new ones to run to.

I have a really eclectic (daggy?) mix for running that has everything from Ricky Martin (oh yes, I "shake my bonbon" alright!) to They Might Be Giants ("the Sun" and "Til my Head falls off" are the perfect tempo) to Pink and Lily Allen (I just have to not sing "* You" and "So What" outloud!). Plus some Queen, Billy Joel, some musical numbers and few Bollywood, waltzes and classical ones in there too.....
And Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO.

Any other good ideas around 180 bpm with a really good beat to run to?
  • It seriously depends on my mood. Party rock anthem... Im sexy and I know it is always a good one. Black eyed Peas Anything!!!!!!! Old school Boy bands and Metal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mood is random!

    My current favorites consist of:

"Bad Girlfriend" by Theory of a Deadman (very explicit)
    "Addicted" by Saving Abel
"E.T." by Kayne and Katy Perry
    "Crazy B****" by Buckcherry
    "Party Rock Anthem" LMFAO
"Sexy and I Know It" LMFAO

"N****s in Paris" by Kanye and Jay-Z. I could listen to that song on repeat through an entire workout and it would keep me pumped up.
