Canned Food Nutritional Values

So tonight after the gym I decided to make myself some tilapia and have some sweet peas with it. I know canned veggies are HIGH in sodium but I have a question.........
Do those values reflect not draining the water and consuming that? Or does draining the water out not affect the nutritional value as stated on the label?

I had always heard that it didnt make much of a difference if you rinsed them. But I would love to know because i just like the taste and texture of canned better..0

I'm bumping one more time because I am still curious.0

Just found this:
www.ars.usda.gov/SP2UserFiles/Place/12354500/Articles/EB11_DrainedVeg.pdf
Looks like draining does reduce the sodium some, and rinsing reduces it even more.0 -
According to the link below, you can reduce sodium up to 41% in canned beans by rinsing. I didn't read the paper cited in the article because it was long...and I'm lazy.

Also, check the label on the can to see if the nutritional info applied to the product drained. It should tell you that.0
