Varicose/spider veins - any makeup out there to cover them u

Hi all,
I realize that the varicose and spider veins on my legs are not going to go away via creams, lotions, etc. So I am wondering if anyone out there has come across a decent make-up or coverup that might just make them less noticeable. I am leaving on a company cruise next week and I do not want to have my fellow co-workers staring at my legs...Any suggestions?
