Thunder Thighs

How do you get rid of them?? :noway:

I'd like to hear from some people who have actually LOST the weight and been successful in reducing the size of their thighs. How did you do it? I know there's really no such thing as spot workouts (thus the skinny people that still have a belly even after a million crunches), so what worked for you? Weight/strength training exercises, cardio, specific diet? HELP!! :smile:

    Lower body exercise...squats, lunges, deadlifts, and cardio. And a clean diet.

    I'm doing lots of cardio and weights and eat as clean as I can - I guess it just takes time... :ohwell:
