New to MFP :D

Hi all, i joined this site yesterday and and so far i am finding it really helpful. I only started yesterday and i ended up going to bed hungry :( but i think it was more the fact i knew i couldn't have certain things rather than actually being hungry (if that makes sense) ive been having a look around the different topics and there seems to be good motivation and things so feel free to add me if you like.
Im dreading craving sweet things because that is my downfall, and im cutting down on carbs too! Any inspiration would be grateful

    Hey Aly,

    I joined this week also and have enjoyed it so far. Lots of nice folks and great inspiration. I have a bit more to lose than you, but I am also concentrating on eating a much lower amount of carbs. My husband lost 50 lbs last year so I am following suit with the same approach. I lived in England for three years and am now in France. I have three girls and am just starting to run again (ouch).

    I'm only on day three was starving like marvin first night but it's settled now .... I love ths site :-)
