Lower body help!!!

Hi!
I know you cant decide where your weight comes off but!! i have gone from a 16/18 top to a 12 (sometimes 10) TOP my bottom half was a 16 -18 but is now really a 16 sometimes 14 if im pushing it!
Are there any exercised that can help target thar area? And tone it up suck it in ect LOL i go to the gym i do wights squats and the shred! Its driving me mad. I look out of pouportion any tops i fit look ridiculos becuase i cant where the style pants to compliment it!
If any one has any advice please let me know

You're obviously a pear shaped person. That's nothing to be ashamed of, hips are great!. Best thing you can do is keep up the good work. No specific exercises will tone, shape or tuck a specific area.0

Yeah i am defiantly a pear! I don't want to loose my curve's id be happy as a 12 on top & bottom Going to start running hopefully that will help alot!0

Give barre workouts a try. They are great for tightening and toning the behind. Tracey Mallett has a new "The Booty Barre" beginner one out.0
