Thought i should share my typical grocery list and see if there is any mistakes or improvements i can make.

Milk (No Yogurt) so get a small bag for yourself.

    lots of yummy and nutritious foods! I did notice a pretty strong lacking in the grains department though. Wouldn't hurt to pump up the protein a bit either. :flowerforyou:

    What a healthy list! I'm proud! :drinker:

    Try some kidney beans or black beans. (I add them to my salad to make them extra filling and get some added protein.)

    Thank you all !

    I got to organic farm to get a box of chicken breast and whole chicken and ground chicken instead of regular ground beef.

    I have all sorts of oats, beans and etc already so i only do grocery for fruit and greens and etc

    it's the only way to go
