Thought i should share my typical grocery list and see if there is any mistakes or improvements i can make.
Please take a look if you have a moment.

Tomato ( Plenty of it please )
Cucumber x 2
Fresh Dill
Green String Beans

Baby Bok Choy
Green Onions

Gree, Yellow, Red, Orange Bell Peppers
Asparagus x 1
Grapefruit
Red Apples
Grapes
Banana
Pineapple
Avacado
Eggs
Lunch Meat (Turkey, Chicken and Montreal Smoked Meat)
Cheese - Regular Size
Gauda Cheese for Sandwich (If you can Light )
Havarti Cheese for Sandwich (If you can Light )
Light Laughing Cow Cheese
Milk (No Yogurt) so get a small bag for yourself.
Can of wet Cat Food x 4
Can of wet Dog Food x 4
Chew toy for Dog
Honey
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Roasted Red Peppers
Fat Free Sour Cream
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Sandwich Bread for Murat
Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Bread x 2
Indian Tikka Massala Sauce
Indian Curry Sauce
Salmon
Can of Diced Tomato X 3
Sunflower Seeds
Brown Sugar
Sugarless Jam
Yellow Potatoes (Not a whole bag) - Please put some in the plastic bag - maybe 8-10
Sweet Potatoes (Not a whole bag) - Please put some in the plastic bag - maybe 8-10

lots of yummy and nutritious foods! I did notice a pretty strong lacking in the grains department though. Wouldn't hurt to pump up the protein a bit either. :flowerforyou:0

Try some kidney beans or black beans. (I add them to my salad to make them extra filling and get some added protein.)0 -

I got to organic farm to get a box of chicken breast and whole chicken and ground chicken instead of regular ground beef.
I have all sorts of oats, beans and etc already so i only do grocery for fruit and greens and etc
it's the only way to go
