I used to post/use MFP last year, then the summer came and I got lazy and quit working out and watching what i ate. Needless to say, I gained most of what i lost right back.

After beating myself up over it for the last month, I am just getting re-organized and ready to go. Im finalizing my workout and getting back to the gym.

Most importantly...I will be TRACKING MY FOOD STARTING TODAY.

Tracking is Key.

Tracking helped me lose 60 lbs. Not tracking and Not working out helped me gain 30 of that 60 back....AND IM TIRED OF BEING THE FAT GUY.

    Traking is the only thing that works for me too! You know you can do it! Good luck:smile:
  • im so disappointed in myself because i gained so much back after all that hard work. LESSON LEARNED. now i just have to stay motivated...

    Hopefully becoming a father will be the inspiration that i need!
