Any Psychology majors or buffs out there? I have a question...

In 2010, we bought the treadmill and I used it faithfully nearly every day for almost a solid year before we moved. We moved in May of 2011 to this apartment and brought the treadmill with us...for some reason I can't get used to the idea that I still have a treadmill! I use it rarely anymore and plan my workouts around the weather outside. WHY is this? Why is it so hard to get back into a routine of just getting up and getting on the darn thing?!

I don't love the treadmill but I don't hate it either...it was handy and effective. I also did Zumba on the days I didn't use the treadmill and I'm not doing that anymore either. I've tried to start up again only to fizzle out after one or two sessions.

Maybe it's because the apartment is located in an area that lends itself to great workouts outside...walks, runs, etc. and I had a great summer doing my workouts outside. Even still...I want to get back in the habit of using it now that it's colder & dark outside.

Advice??
