how come all you seem to want to do is snack? Nothing tastes good, but it seems all you want to do is eat/snack all the time (or at least I do). Been drinking water, but still feel thirsty. Trying to snack on healthy things. Any good suggests on what to do until this cold/flu is over.

You may be dehydrated since you are thirsty and keep looking for things to eat. (sometimes the body can confuse hunger and thirst).
Try drinking: Tea, water with lemon, gatorade, diluted juice. I think its easier to drink a lot of those things than plain water. Also your body may be out of balance with electrolyes, in which case the juices (diluted!!) and gatorade will help.
Soup is a good food to eat. Nutritious, water-rich, and the steam helps unclog you.
Hope you feel better.0
