So it's time to get back on the horse: going to get back in to the swing of classes and cooking for myself, and I can't wait. Don't want to think about what the scale said this morning, even though it was after a WAY too big breakfast and with all my clothes on. Still. So, I'm going to be doing some lunges and squats and bridges and interval training later. How are you all doing with your post-holiday recovery?
