    Starting on Monday, so anyone that wants to track my progress, feel free to add me :] I'm getting back into the gym as well as starting a Paleolithic Diet. I won't set my goal weight much lower once I reach 200, because I have a hulking-great (as described by my Doctor :p) skeleton and thus I'll weigh more than most people no matter what I do.
