    When I reach or get very close to my goal weight I will reevaluate my goals. I may change to a goal weight from 160 to 185.

    I literally just joined like ten minutes ago. I am more about working out and building muscle over losing weight. I used to workout a lot and got down to 240 from 290, but when I quit working out I have slowly came up the scale some and have lost a bunch of the muscle I was proud of and gained the fat I was disgusted of. I will be changing that starting this weekend. (start my workouts Saturday with a personal trainer (was complimentary of the gym =P)). My goal is that by the end of the summer I will be around 280ish (less is fine with me!) and at least in partial shape. Thanks for taking the time to read this ^.^
