    Happy New Year! This is awesome. I am 43 and my starting weight is 170. My goal is 150 at this time but if 140 seems more natural for me I'll hit that too! I don't know how much I used to weigh before kids because I'm not one who usually weighs myself. I am up from a 6 to a 10 and sometimes 12. Have fun losing the extra lbs!
