Ill be going to a convention this weekend and plan to do most of my eating on the go and in the room. I want to make a list of healthy things and so far I have fruit and granola bars as well as sandwich things. Also I have now crackers. However, the hotel has no microwaves or fridges. Any ideas on items to take? Id like to be full and not eat all day as usual, so Id like low carve and higher protein or fiber items. No cooking The swanky place does have a fitness center I get to use though! Thanks for the help guys.

Low fat peanut butter with crackers. I like the whipped Peter Pan brand of peanut butter, it's easy to spread. How about dried fruit, do you like apricots or dried apples? You could bring a mini- crockpot and keep it in your room, then the food possibilities increase.0
