    Everything for the following reasons:
    1. sticking to it and losing 112 lbs.
    2. it has been 6 months now and I have managed to keep 110 lbs off.
    3. pushing myself to work out even when I don't feel like it.
    3. How much I care for my family and work hard to see them smile.
    4. My sweet helpful nature, I love making people feel good about themselves.
