New England Daddy trying to lose some bad habits

Ice-cream, homemade chocolate chip cookies and brownies, York Pepermint Patties, my officemate's M&Ms dispenser, poptarts, pepperoni pizza, Diet Coke. These are all bad vices I am trying to cut way down on. I like to run and tyically put in 500+ miles every year...BUT I need to learn to live without my sweets. Would love to connect with people who have similar challenges.
