Your Problem Isn't Motivation

I just read an article that really hit home. I've been trying to stay motivated so that I don't "fall off the wagon". As I read this article, I realized that motivation isn't my issue it's follow through. Now that I think back to when I had arguments with myself about going to the gym, as soon as I made the move to go, whether it was putting on my shoes or standing up off the couch... I went. So mentally, I'm motivated. Now I just have to live the Nike way... Just do it! Wanted to share in case anyone else is confusing motivation with follow through.
