a half stone put it back on,i did a sponsored weight loss for charity 18 months ago i lost 2 and a half stone and raised
just under £2000,ive since slipped back into my old ways and im now at my biggest weight ever 119 kilos/18 stone 8,
its getting me down and im feeling tired all the time and very lazy, its not helping me in my job aswel as im a carpet fitter,
ive since found mfp and it seems a great way to lose weight as you log all your food and it coverts calories fat etc,i started
it on monday and am doing good so far,im aiming to lose 3 stone by may,if i dont i will of failed, failing is not a alternative
The photo i have put on is from 2007 when i did a charity boxing fight i weighed 95 kilos so this is to remind me of how good i felt
