"Rest Day" question.

Here is my question: how often do you take a "rest" day? I have worked out two days in a row. I was thinking about just taking a yoga class tonight instead of cardio then yoga (the yoga class is twice a week Mon and Thur in the evening). Thoughts?

    At a min, you want to take a rest day every seven days BUT some do take rest days twice a week. Twice a week would be a good if your just starting out!
