Chex Mix ~ Healthy or Junk

i have some homemade chex mix ~ is this considered junk food? I have chex cereal, cheerios and peanuts.

    I would say that while it is probably not a nutritionally dense food, there are probably worse things you could eat. Just work it into your calories if you really enjoy it!
