Taking care of Seniors, who has experience?

I'm looking for a part time or full time job in my area, and what has a lot of openings is senior care. So, I understand that may involve changing them and helping bathe...no big deal. But how do those of you who have experience with it like/liked it? Did you quit? Or have you been working with seniors for awhile?
