Weigh-In the next four Mondays (you have to be good over the weekends!)
1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30
I was thinking teams of 4-5 people. The winning team will have collectively lost the largest percentage of weight at the end of January. Teams will be randomly chosen. If you join, please don’t quit because you’re letting your whole group down!
I’ll post weekly mini fitness challenges to help us along the way.
All you really need to do is not quit. I don’t have a ton of guidelines, I just think it will be fun to have some motivation and all the other challenges are closed…
