question about daily totals

Hi everyone!

I am relatively new to this stuff, only doing a bit last year then newly starting again this year. I have been logging my meals and have found that I am a little bit over on my protein but way low on my carbs and fat and not up to 1200 calories. I feel stuffed all the time and can't eat tons, so am wondering how I am supposed to up these things, especially the carbs and fat. I never thought I would have to ask how to up those to things! Any suggestions would be very helpful.
I would also love some support from people on here as I really only have 2 friends due to being quite new. Please feel free to add me as a friend!
