New job with strange hours

I know MFP has an area where we can input our lifestyle, but what if our lifestyle is very speratic? I recently took a job as an orderfiller. This job has a lot of heavy lifting and constant moving anywhere from 8-12 hours a day, sometimes longer for job completion. The thing that has me stumped is that its only 3 days a week. Typicly workers receive about 34 hours a week in those three days depending on the time of year, but I am not sure if I am suppose to change my activity level or just input my work as exercise. Sorry if this seems to be a silly questions but any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appriciated!

    I would just input it as exercise on the days you work so you are not over-eating the other days. I am in college full time, and some days I have more classes than others and I walk farther on some days. I put my activity level at what it normally would be without the walking, and then add in how much I walked those days. Hope that helped. =)
