I have a new love for my work's toaster oven.

I never used a toaster oven before. At work and home I would always heat up my food in the microwave. I have recently started cooking my lunch at work in the toaster oven and it is no longer soggy.

My usual is 3 oz chicken (the pre-cooked grilled strips frozen kind) and any veggies and seasonings/spices ( I use fresh or frozen). I cook on Broil for about 10-15 minutes (depending on the vegetable) and it is done and not soggy!

It does take a little bit longer than cooking a frozen meal, but it tastes so much better!

If anyone has any other recipes or lunches they cook in the toaster oven, please share!
