    when i have a lot to lose i try to do it in small doses.. i always say i only need to lose five lbs and i strive for it..once thats done im like ok i got 35 more to go but ill just lose six so i only need to lose 29.. so basically i play tricks on my mind to get down to my number ..doesnt seem so overwhelming that way

    Yeah I do that, just aim for a couple of pounds each week. Once you get into a routine it becomes easier though! Just sticking to it and the worst thing you can say about a diet is 'I'll start tomorrow' and I'm so bad for doing that, but I've started now, so there's no going back or being lazy :) I've added you both :D
