Men Only - Find Your Fraternal Twin

Almost the same as the just started "Find Your Twin" but in this case, Men Only as we're outnumbered on the other post by about 200 to 1! :noway:
Being a typically impatient man I thought it would be easier for us guys to "Find a Twin" if we're separated from the Ladies and loosen up the requirements (as there are fewer of us).
So GUYS, if you are within 5 years of age and a few inches in height different you may have a Fraternal Twin! If the remainder of your stats or situation are similar to another post (or mine!) and you are or WANT TO BE serious & dedicated about losing weight, feel free to add me and/or other "matches" as a friend!
So let's post our stats and help motivate each other to reach our goals!
GW: 195 (Goal Weight)
CW: 224 (Current Weight)
SW: 252 Starting Weight)
Height: 6'4"
Age: 54

It seems like there's a lot of shy MFP guys! :noway:0
-
Methinks that a lot of blokes on MFP only use their phone apps and rarely stray into the forums. I know that I can't actually access the message boards from my phone.
We are definitely not alone; there's a couple of men-only groups: The Male Stop and I also have my own little posse of gay men on the LGBT+ group.
We might be in the minority... but we are here and we'er all doing ok :happy:0 -

I have a hand tailored suit that I bought 21 years ago, still in great shape because I didn't wear it very much before I out-grew it! I want to walk into church one Sunday, before the end of the year, wearing that suit. I also want my daughter, who's 24, see me skinny, at 180. Never in her life can she remember me skinny.
Then, once 180 hits, I'm ultimately after 160 and maintaining it!0 -

Training to run 2 mile races this summer, something which I have never done. Using the C25k plan and New Rules of Lifting to get me in shape. 137 is my ideal weight and I don't want to be carrying more than I have to, and be in the best shape that I have been for years.0 -

Go to the gym 6 times a week regular mainly do cardio, and love it. Problem now is that i'm losing muscle mass so need to rethink my startegy.
Have a fair bit og loose skin and belly fat which is a bugger to get rid of.
But I will keep at it. Looking at all those fit young ladies at the gym keeps me inspired to keep going.0 -
