I work as a consultant with one of the big 4 accounting firms. This means most weeks I am on the road at least Mon-Thursday, and many times Sunday-Friday, staying at hotels. This means I have to eat literally every meal out most of the week. I know the "good" foods to eat when eating out - but most of the restaraunts I go to don't post nutritional values on their items.

I have searched a few threads and the best advice was to try and just remember what was in the food, estimate serving size, and put them in individually. I can see doing that if you eat out once a week or once a month, but 15 times a week, that will get more difficult. I can handle breakfast and lunch ok normally as those are pretty standard meals for me and I can do the same thing for a week or two straight and not get sick of it, but for dinner, how do I accurately (or accurately enough) count calories at different places without eating the same thing night in and night out?

Plus, a chicken sandwich at Chili's and a chicken sandwich at TGI Fridays (not where I eat a lot - but just as examples) - they will have very different calorie counts even though they are the same basic thing.......anyone in same boat or have any ideas?
