Hi...I just wanted to vent a little bit. I can't complain to have lost weight throughout 2011. I finished my Associate's degree in December and really have been on a slump since then. I'm trying to change my career and have been up and down about that. That has reflected in my eating and having the holidays didn't help! I gained about 4 pounds because I've had days where I would eat something that I normally wouldn't.
So, now to get back on track with eating right and exercise. I'm trying to encourage myself to stay positive as we have a wonderful new year to start. I really wish there was an easy way to do this!
