I am 30 years old 5'10 male and I weigh 201 lbs and 27%BF. Goal is to get to 180 and 10%BF. I am here to count calories as that is the only way to lose weight(calorie deficit). I have been utilizing Intermittent Fasting and I love it! It has given me an enjoyment for food that I never had before. Anyone else experimenting with IF?
