I have 332 cals left and am over my fat, what do I do?

OK- so I have 332 cals left to go but have gone over 7 grams of fat. I am pretty full right now, should I let it just go and sign off or the day or should I try to eat something? And if I should eat, what can I eat with 0 fat grams? Any ideas?

    Eat your calories. Better to be a little over on fat than to be 332 calories low. Veggies, lots of veggies, skim milk, nonfat yogurt maybe?

    have some fruit. or maybe an egg white omelette with lots of veggies? skim milk?

    hmm let me think.

    tomatoes
    potatoe (believe it or not but has carbs)
    lettuce
    broccoli
    peas i think.
    carrots?

    I ran into that problem so I started looking at more vegetables. Good fiber.
    no fat but has calories.

    If you're feeling satisfied right now, why overeat just to meet your calorie need? It's pretty early in the evening yet, so maybe have some air-popped popcorn later tonight and some nuts or fruit? I rarely "eat back" all of my exercise calories, just don't drop below 1200.
