I love choclates to the extent that I can't control. I don't eat regulary but when I have around, I just eat them all. So just wondeing what you all do for this craving, is there any snack that is good and you can eat guilt free. I am not able to find so need someone to suggest me. Thanks in Advacne.

Try a chocolate protein powder; that way, you get your chocolate fix with a healthy kick of nutrients.0

I like the jello brand chocolate 60 calorie pudding cups. Mmm....0

Chocolate rice cakes are quite good! But I eat proper chocolate every day - if I don't, I snap and eat a family size one all to myself!! I always have treat size chocolate in the house so I can have a little piece with a cup of tea in the evening!0

I am a chocoholic. I don't keep the kind of chocolate in the house that would set me off on a binge. What I do keep in the house, I keep in the fridge or freezer. It slows down my intake. It's not the great stuff anyways, usually just 3 musketeers minis. I also log them before I eat them so I can see how they will impact the rest of my day.0

I am a terrible chocoholic too! I find that once I've had a bit of chocolate, I'm craving the whole lot.
They say that dark chocolate is good for you so if you like it, perhaps you could try swapping your milk chocolate to dark chocolate?
Also, I do allow myself chocolate but try and be strict with myself. I think my aim is to set days that I can have chocolate, for me I'm thinking say a Wednesday and a Saturday.
You can also encorporate chocolate in to your diet in all different ways. I'm finding my breakfast cereal quite helpful at the moment. It's Jordans cereal crisp with dark chocolate curls so that settles my cravings a bit and is also healthy ~ apparently!0 -
Yep..weight watchers ice cream and pudding are my go to chcolate. However, the pudding more than the ice cream because it's expensive!0

I'd like to know how to stop the cravings too 'cause I'm also a full-out chocoholic. I try to limit it to dark chocolate so its not as bad. Sometimes just having 1 square (of a better quality chocolate like Lindt or Godiva) and a huge glass of water can stop the urge. But right now I have 7 chocolate oranges hiding in my closet from Christmas. They are calling me....0

I eat Lindt 75% dark chocolate and keep it in the freezer, one or two squares at a time satisfies the craving
I also will have a jello pudding up, or fat free snack pack jello...60-90 calories
I have a Keurig coffee maker and will make a k-cup hot chocolate, 60 calories.
Edited to say that I do allow myself one of these forms of chocolate almost every day, keeps me from binging on it.0 -
Cocoa powder is great for chocolate cravings. It's something like 10-20 calories a tablespoon and has a lot of health benefits. I add it to protein shakes to make them extra chocolately and to hide the weird protein powder flavor.0

mmmm chocolate, I eat roughly 25 grams a day of dark (72% cocoa) chocolate. Hasn't stopped me losing weight, I just make sure I work the 137 calories in with the rest of my intake :happy:0
