I am a believer in support friends. I have tried all of the diets, and some how now have 46 more lbs to loose. I am proof that fads do not work. In the end I have no choice but to loose this weight. The beach is my favorite weekend spot and this last year I spent most of it wearing a shirt. I love the sun, and I also love life. This year I want to extend my life and still have a great tan. If you live in the Tampa Bay Florida-Brandon-Valrico area, and want to have an online support group, lets become friends. Who Knows? We could have our own Brag Day at The Beach.:glasses:
